Registrations & Payment Terms

All passengers or head of family will be required to complete the registration form with our sales officer. Diet details and optional tour requirements would need to be finalized.
Registrations are subject to Terms and Conditions of Club7 Holidays as mentioned separately. The printed prices are based on current air fare, taxes and visa fees as on 4 January 2007 and are subject to change.
Payment Terms:
A registration fees of Rs. 20,000/- per person would require to be paid at the time of registration.
This money is towards tour registration, airline deposits and UK visa fees.
You will be required to pay the balance Indian rupee component soon after the UK visa is done.
The Euro component or the equivalent Rupee amount would need to be paid at least 10 days prior departure. By our experience of last few years, The exchange rates rise substantially from end March. So we advise you to book your foreign exchange component as early as possible by paying up the equivalent amount in Rupees. We assure you of the best prevalent exchange rate on date of payment.
Documents Required:
All passengers would be required to submit their passports (minimum 6 months validity from date of departure, 4 clear pages); 6 photographs & papers in support of their credentials namely:

Covering letter to the British Deputy High Commission, Schengen and Swiss Embassy/ Consulate introducing themselves, their present occupation & a brief profile.
Last 3 years Income Tax / wealth tax returns
Last 6 months bank statements
Leave letter from company, in case of children school / college ID cards or fee book & summer holiday period.
Summary statement on their sources of funds for financing their tour… the embassies/ consulates want to know how you are going to finance your trip / your families trip.

In case where company is sponsoring the trip, then company Balance Sheet, Company IT Returns, Company Bank statement and letter from appropriate authority that the tour for the individual or the family is being paid for by the company in accordance with their entitlement.

Dear Mr. Basu Mallik, We just returned after finishing the 21 days South America Trip....26th April to18th May,2012. Here are some observations: Overall Trip: Excellently organised. Enjoyed every bit. It covered almost all essential sites. Hotels were very good. Misha as Tour Manager was EXCELLENT. Very considerate and polite and it was amazing how a frail little girl could be so competent at handling old and seniorcitizens(who at times can be quite annoying).She handled the group very well.Except for Sau Palo, the Indian food offered was excellent. We did Russia and Scandinavia with Club 7 last year and enjoyed it thoroughly. So keep it up and we are SOLD OUT TO CLUB7 for ever. Our fondest love to MISHA who did an excellent job
My wife and I were on our honeymoon tour programmed by you guys and we must say that it was a perfect one. The 3 days star cruise travel to penang and phuket was a fantastic experience with awesome food and people. We recommend this to all honeymooners. Our stay at Aria Villas, Bali was simply awesome. It was beautiful villa with all amenities required and courteous staff. The private pool and the open shower area was well maintained. The decor was also perfectly set for honeymooners. However, they missed to provide complimentary romantic dinner and spa massages which the other equivalent villa properties provides to their honeymoon guests. Our request of vegetarian indian meals was honoured and it was good enough for a place like Bali. The local tours organized there had scope of improvement. Places to visit and things to do could have been more sorted and planned by the guide. Our stay at Grand Chancellor, Singapore was also satisfactory. Sentosa island and universal studios were truly a treat to eyes. However, a 2 days trippers pass would have been better choice to visit these places along with other attractions. Local tours were very well planned and executed. All in all the trip was really good and perfect for honeymooners.
